It is:<br />2T black pepper corns<br />1 T coriander seeds<br />1 stick cinnamon<br />20 cloves (really)<br />1 T cumin seeds<br />seeds from 4 green caradmom pods<br />1t cassia<br />2t grated nutmeg<br />2T ground paprika<br /><br />Grind the whole spices to a fine powder then add the ground ones.
